Fish:  Fresh or frozen cod, flounder, haddock, halibut, trout, tuna (whether canned in water or fresh) (1 oz)
Duck, pheasant, venison, buffalo, ostrich, emu**

Lean Meat
One exchange equals 0 grams carbohydrate, 7 grams protein, 3 grams fat, 55 calories

One ounce servings of:

Fish: Herring, salmon, catfish, tuna canned in oil. 
Goose (no skin), rabbit
Lean pork* such as fresh ham, canned, cured or boiled ham; Canadian bacon (400 mg or more sodium per exchange), tenderloin, center loin chop

Medium-Fat Meat
