Rabbits and Hares
Rabbits have fine-textured, light meat with little to no gamey flavor. They
weigh in at 3 or 4 pounds. Hare usually have darker meat, with a mild gamey
flavor. They can weigh anywhere from 4 to 12 pounds with the older ones running
